Science Teaching with Enlightenment or Science
Teaching in Enlightened Ways

This project is being anchored by the Academy of Science Malaysia . The project has successfully produced light kit called PR2 Light Kit (Light Propagation, Reflection, Refraction). This light kit is a new and exciting resource that aids the teaching and learning of light at upper secondary level. This kit comes along with a manual which suggest a range of 12 exciting activities on light. These activities focus on the development of critical and creative thinking through a range of activities.

In 2007, some follow-up activities which include designing and producing a more attractive and compact light kit will be undertaken. About 200 prototypes will be produced for promotion and distribution to school teaches and educational institutions. At the same time feedback will be sought so that further refinement could be done.
